Sidne did a fantastic job securing us a house in the Snoqualmie Valley that had multiple offers (32!). She was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. She offered us excellent advice and worked closely with our broker to put together an offer that was attractive to the seller. Her understanding of the area (she is a local) really helped give us a leg up in our negotiation. Additionally, she offered help after we closed, asking us what our plans for the house were and connecting us with local contractors and workers.
